Can I move ISA twice in a year?

Hi, I currently have ISA with MARCUS, but want to transfer balance to Zopa Isa, but Marcus not part of online transfer system, so not on zopas transfer in list, as zopa only accept it online.
A workaround is move cash to santander as they will do it by filling a form for the transfer, as, once cash with santander, zopa will accept online transfer in from santander.
Can you do that though? Transfer cash more than once in one tax year?
