Anyone had any issues getting a copy of their contract since Cuckoo gave some of their customer base to Home Telecom ?

Also anyone finding an issue with their broadband quality since transferring over ?

Despite being on a 12 month contract do I have a penalty free right to cancel if they can’t guarantee the same speed & quality of service ?
