LYCA Mobile, problems calling 0800 numbers

Hi, just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem with Lyca.

Over past 2 days I have tried calling Royal Bank, DWP and ScottishPower all 0800 numbers, the call connects and the anouncement starts, then after 30 seconds, it cuts off and "call ended" shows on my phone screen.

Ive tried and tried thinking they must be busy but the same thing each time.

I reported this to Lyca Mobile and they text back to say the fault is cleared as there is no problems with them.

Never had this problem before with any network I have been with and now feel all the hate towards Lyca is valid.
