Transferring from stocks and shares isa to multiple cash isas

Hi ,
I have read information on the Gov.UK site regarding the ISA rules but would appreciate your confirmation if the following is allowed. It would involve transferring 50% from a stocks and shares isa to two cash isa's ,one immediate access and the second a one year fixed term. The cash isas would probably be with two separate providers to get the best interest rates.
Many thanks
Rob

Yes, you can do that, provided the parties concerned support partial transfers (not all do).2

As noted it depends on the specific conditions of the providers. Does your current provider allow partial transfers out? Do your 2 new ones allow partial transfer in (most do)? Do they allow a transfer in from an S&S ISA?1

Strictly speaking, it's only one of the new providers that needs to accommodate partial transfers, since after making one partial transfer of 50% of the old ISA, the second transfer is a full one by then, if they're done sequentially rather than in parallel.0
