    You have made no mention of it, but have you compiled your Witness Statement and gathered your evidence?

    Ignore DCB's email.

    There should be instructions on the last letter you received from the court about witness statements etc.

    Witness Statement and evidence needs to be filed and served well before 'the day'.

    Look again at your Notice of Allocation. The Notice that gives the hearing date.
    Is there not a paragraph something like:
    Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].
    Might be on the back.
    Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.

    Hi all, before I got a chance to start writing the witness statement, I've now received a notice of discontinuance from DCB Legal.
    Thanks for all your help on this...not all hero's wear capes!

    Great stuff , presumably this was either MET or UKPC as the claimant. ?
