Is there anything I need to be doing??
You have made no mention of it, but have you compiled your Witness Statement and gathered your evidence?1 -
Nothing as yet, I assume that's what I need to be doing ready for the day then?!0

Ignore DCB's email. There should be instructions on the last letter you received from the court about witness statements etc.2

The Notice that gives the hearing date.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back. Those 'documents on which you intend to rely' are your Witness Statement and evidence.2

Thank you @l_savings, over you go for inclusion in the DCB Legal discontinuation thread. 👍Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
