Hello, I'm think of opening a branch isa with PBS its currently 4.8% or somthing like that but will probably drop soon. I've never dealt with them before but are they fairly easy to deal with? I've heard that they can be old fashion in the way they do things, compared with other banks and BS.
Thank you in advance for advice.

I have an ISA with them, it’s snail mail for transferring ISA’s if that’s an issue for you.
They state request to withdraw need to be before 3 on a working day otherwise it will be next working day. I have withdrawn from savings account not my ISA and it was as you’d expect with faster payments these days so not sure if they are just covering themselves with the next working day, bearing in mind faster payments can take longer than the instantaneous times we’ve all become accustomed too. It was also smallish amounts so nothing that would get stopped or flagged as unusual activity.

I have had online accounts with PBS for years - no problems. I have a 5% cash ISA with them. I have not ever been to a branch but I assume it will be easy dealng with them.
