Barclays fixed isa.

Options
Hello, brand new on here hope someone can advise.
I've opened  a 1 year fixed isa on the 10 April with the intention  of depositing  my 23/24 isa full 20k plus interest,  matures  in Oct 2020. but it looks like l can't do this, is this correct?
The said 23/24 isa  was added too with three lots of cash over it life so have they changed the terms of the 1 fixed isa.
Thank you for any reply in advance.

If the product you've opened is https://www.barclays.co.uk/savings/isas/1-year-flexible-cash-isa/ then it's clear that "ISA Transfer-in requests must be received within 30 calendar days from the date of account opening", even though further deposits can be made throughout the term, which is presumably the key distinction between what you can do this year versus what you were able to do last year.
  • Thanks for the reply. I'll just wait now until next year and do it then.

Wait and do what next year ? If your Barclays ISA matures in October this year, then you'll need to transfer it into another ISA then if you don't want it sitting in their (default) 'Instant ISA' account on a poor rate.
