21T5-V42 is a timing wheel pully specification I think.

42 teeth, T5 metric profile, 21mm pulley (probably 10mm belt).

    I could be wrong though
If it is a T5 pulley, the OP needs to count the number of teeth on the belt. Double check by measuring the length (in millimetres) and dividing it by 5. The width of the belt is easy enough to measure..
A local bearing/driveline supplier may have one on the shelf, failing that, someone like HPC Gears, or ebay/amazon.

Going to be fun fitting the belt as some of the mechanism will have to be partially dismantled. Hopefully, the shaft with the pulley on will slide to one side without too much trouble.

Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

    Thank you both.
Counted the teeth and there are 66. The belt is 10mm in width and 330mm in length So this looks like the exact match!

How much room for adjustment is there? As in, can the motor slide on its mountings? If so, the actual belt length is less critical, and the belt width and teeth spacing more so.
Is there a control box? A receiver? Any part with the make and model of the whole caboodle?

Thank you to everyone for their help. Belt arrived and fitted and now the opening works perfectly again!
Was quite simple to remove to get the belt on, just a few screws.
