yes lots and lots of replies on here not one if which answers the question.
I don't know the answer but if there is a way it will go something like this
first of all by an external CD drive which has a USB cable to connect to your Android tablet and a power supply. you will also need an OTG cable.
second you need to download a CD burning app to your tablet. I don't know which tablet you have and if are there any apps available so perhaps the first step is to see if there is a CD burning app available for your tablet from wherever you get your apps from1 -
