Min deposit for the FR ISA is £1,000. 
  
On their website they say:-
We're not part of the confirmation of payee scheme, so your bank may tell you this when you try and make a payment. It's nothing to worry about.
For peace of mind, you may wish to make a small 'test' payment of £1. Once the payment has processed, you'll see it in your account. 

I made a test deposit of £1.  Will this show or not as the min opening deposit is meant to be £1,000 and if so how long do payments take to be credited so I can check?

Yes it will maybe next day or later over weekend  they send a e-mail to say its landed or text

I did the same (for a non-ISA account). Seem to remember that the £1 was credited fairly quickly and then I added the other £999 the same day.

If deposited by 3.30pm it is applied the same day. I deposited my £1 to that ISA about 9pm and it was applied the next day about 10am.

It doesn't have a minimum deposit*, but you don't earn interest until the balance reaches £1k.
