Is there a reason for you having these items in your "carry on" luggage ?. If you are checking in a suitcase then best place for these items is in the case.0

Manchester is the fussiest airport I've been through wrt "liquids". They count solid deodorants as liquids. Definitely wouldn't risk peanut butter, but oats, seeds etc should be OK.0

Hopefully, by 'these items' you don't mean prescription medicines or contact lenses. I would never put either of those into checked luggage. Although oats and seeds are unlikely to concern security, the seeds may fall foul of seed importation laws in the EU. How likely it is that they will be noticed is probably questionable.

i'm going to marbella for 3 days so dont need to pay for checked in luggage.
