Yorkshire Water - Submitting a meter reading

in Water bills
Hello
I had a new water meter fitted when I moved back to Sheffield from Lincoln 3 years ago. I had a water meter in my old place in Lincoln, and I submitted a meter reading monthly.
I can’t remember when I submitted one for Yorkshire Water. On their site, it says you can submit a meter reading after an estimated bill, or once every 6 months.
Well, 6 months ago was Oct/Nov, and I know for a fact I have not submitted a reading since then!
my meter is under my sink, so there is no way that anyone other than myself can read it either.
Looking at my account, by annual statement was June 23, which is when, at a guess, I submitted my last reading (as it talks about usage in m3), but no reading appears on the statement.
Anyone know if this is the norm?

When I lived in Yorkshire on metered water my meter was updated to one with a transmitter. The meter reader sat in his van outside and took the reading without any need to enter the premises.1 -

Ours is under the sink to. No one has ever read it, but bills are always spot on when the annual review arrives.Life in the slow lane0
