DCA

Hi all

I’ve had a response from the Finance company regarding the DCA & it does state there was a one on place
& my agreement meets the criteria, has anyone else had this?

Hi. I've had an e mail from my financial company saying my agreement does not meet the criteria for a claim. I'm not sure if there is a next step as they could write anything, there is no way to be able to prove it. Has Martin decided on a next step.

Its not for Martin to decide.    Its up to the FCA.

Did they give a reason?  i.e. is it outside the dates in question?   did it not use DCA?  Was it not a type of agreement that calls under the DCA issue?

I refer you to the responses you got when you asked the question previously.   You failed to answer the questions on that thread.
