    Make an official complaint and then take to the ombudsman if still not resolved thereafter. 

    You can't be held liable for someone else's debt. It's not even a debt if they were in the property on the 1st anyway, but that's a side issue. 
  • Update *** after numerous emails, calls, SAR request the matter has been resolved and E-ON removed the £67.00.
