Personally I would still add the tracking number to the case separately and phone ebay - I've never had a case accidentally close in the buyers favour where I have added tracking to the case. I don't like ebay doing things automatically (hence re adding tracking to the case) and prefer to make sure they understand that my tracking shows delivered and I am therefore covered by my seller guarantee.
