Like you so many people don't receive 1st and/or 2nd pcn but the £170 payment due letter often manages to drop through letter boxes. PPCs always claim discounted/full rate pcns/court claim letters were sent though they offer no evidence to prove this.
Since they CHOOSE NOT to provide evidence of posting we must continue to press gov to ensure they do and include it in the new Parking CoP. Please sign/share @jmccabepetition closes 22nd june 2024.

Require communications from Private Parking companies to be traceable/trackable
Thanks. Good luck.

The letter has arrived at the civil court. From this point, I will need some guidance. I need to register at moneyclaim.gov addressing all the information as noted in the files provided from the Dropbox. I would like to know if I can claim my time and if I can ask them to pay once I win.0

Post a fully redacted picture of the new claim form, advice can come later
Redact the name and address and VRM details on the left, plus redact the claim reference number and also the password on the right, leaving the dates and other details showing1 -
Please see the attached

We ONLY needed the first picture, you didn't leave the issue date showing and you did not redact the password either, delete, amend and repost just the claim form, not the rest, thanks0

When I read the information provided it stated to get an additional 14 days. In all fairness, I have all my evidence now should I go with the attached?0

Definitely not, just do what we tell you to do and nothing else
Those People who do not follow the instructions here tend to lose a few hundreds of pounds in court1 -
So CCPC LTD , via DCB Legal as usual, inflated claim too, issue date 28 May, so do not do the AOS on MCOL yet0
