But you don't yet have a Claim to respond to, nor are you issuing a claim.
As I said earlier...A letter from DCB Legal giving you thirty days to respond is a Letter Before Claim as described in the first few paragraphs of the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
Follow the guidance found there.
Please read the first few paragraphs of that post which tells you exactly how to react upon receipt of a Letter Before Claim.

That was the email from them to my mail.The next step says not to panic once receive a Court letter with the link to the Dropbox.Unless I am reading the wrong part0 -

That's the entire point of the LBC question about VAT. Feels like I have wasted my time adding that question. I don't understand why people are doing nothing. Why ask the VAT question, get a crap response then not do anything with it to 'report VAT concerns' to HMRC (which is easily Googleable and takes no more than 10 minutes)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? Coupon-mad that was done today when I received the email from them. I reported to HMRC tax fraud straight away mate. I did mention that I read the newbies and read quite a few forums on it.
