i thought Octopus were supposed to be good?

Octopus just took over my FIT payments from Shell and asked for the first reading at the end of March. Could not send them as they had messed up the transfer and held the wrong meter number. Obviously i have now missed out on a payment but rang today and they now have no record of my house ever having Solar panels or a FIT…
