Hi I was also looking for this and couldn’t find one anywhere - in the end I sent a letter to them but have never had a reply! If anyone has had a a reply or spoken to them would be keen to know… both other companies I had finance with have come back quickly saying they didn’t do the commission thing with dealership0

onlinecomplaints@lloydsbank.co.uk is the email address on their FCA register entry. Shogun are related to Blackhorse (hence the Lloyds / LBG) but a separate legal entity with their own entry in companies house. Its likely any correspondence will come via Blackhorse with Shogun branding. Best of luck
