Excuse my ignorance but what does that mean?

It means he can go to ebay and because the buyers have mentioned Paypal, all those negs will become null and void (feedback will remain but the red dot will disappear)

    Thanks for that. :)

I've not had a negative or neutral yet :A but it is useful to know I can null one if it mentions PayPal.

Try looking seller up on Toolhaus.org
  • Just thought would update this. His feedback did drop to 97.9%, but thing that confuses me is that he's still the powerseller! How is that possible I cannot understand as ebay says pretty clearly you have to have 98% at least to be a powerseller and can't be lower than that. Still waiting for the item, no response from him/her, from the feedback can see that people get their item approx after a month of purchase. Appalling seller I must say, I've been buying for ages from ebay(and never ever had to have any dispute either) and never came across somebody like that. As well as when selling I'm aiming to send goods next day after auctions finished, and never later than 2 days after. Shame some people have such a low standard.
    I have couple of questions:
Will ebay let him carry on like that for long, with such an amount of negatives and disputes?
What is the deadline for raising an item not received dispute?
Thanks for you answers and opinions, and Happy New Year to you all!

Looking back it looks like the seller has been over stretching them selves. Posting far more auctions than they can cope with. Maybe because they got carried away with seller, or that the profit margin was so low they had to sell a lot to make a decent profit.

Anyway, it looks like about a month ago they completely lost interest, hence the sudden increase in negs. The seller isn't currently listing any items, so either they've given up or stopped to allow them to catch up with the back log of deliveries.

You have 45 days to do a paypal chargeback, but if you have concerns start one today and keep it in until you either get a refund or your goods.
