Hello

I live in a 'new' postcode that was created in 2019. This was as a result of a house that stood there being split into 4 separate houses.

The street number remains the same.

However when I use Mse broadband finder or the tools on retailer websites, they can find my new address ok, but hardly any provide fibre services to it.

If I enter the old postcode (that still covers the exact same street address and number) it shows as all services available.

How do I get around signing up for fibre deals and benefit from deals? I guess I can ring providers and sign up over the phone but then wouldn't get any deals.

Is there some central agency I can contact to remedy this?

Thank you
