Sky Q Box - attach to TV mount?

    Computer displays use VESA mounts and there are Dell micro models which have sub-mounts to fit to them.
    Not sure if they're precisely usable for Sky boxes, but may be worth checking out if any of those or similar will fit the bill.

    Or the Sky Q wall-mount kits may be adaptable to fit (eg. more mounting holes).

    I'm not sure if IR remote controls will work so well, if you're using them.

    SKY Q doesn't use IR, the remote uses either bluetooth or some other proprietary radio based communication, so it doesn't need to "see" the receiver. Ours is out of sight in a cupboard under the TV

    You could use braided cable tidy to accommodate the mains and antenna cable cable to make them neat and unobtrusive. It expands quite a bit allowing the connectors to be passed through - https://youtu.be/GrwDEiFtXIc
