I'm pleased to say that Costa have got Parkingeye to cancel my PCN, after my message to them via their main website. Thanks for all your help and I am glad this stressful event is over.

My message to Costa was as follows:

I was a regular customer spending up to £2K per year at Costa. Recently, there was a change to the parking regulations for my local branch. I did not notice and I got an extortionate £100 fine from Parking Eye.

I've not been back since and will never go to Costa again if I must pay it. I'm disgusted with how Costa has treated a frequent customer.
