Don't "negotiate" anything. This is a DCB Legal submitted claim. As long as you have used the template defence, you can guarantee that they will discontinue before any hearing. You will not have to attend any hearing.
There is a thread with well over 300 examples of these shysters discontinuing after their claim is defended using the robust template defence.DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS

Thank you for your response, this is reassuring. however, I must say I feel that I don't have the strongest reasons for the judge to cancel my claim which worries me a lot. And I don't want to pay excessive amount (i.e court fee) if it can be preventable. please correct me if wrong!0

You are wrong. It is not the judge who cancels the claim. DCB Legal will discontinue the claim before any hearing as evidenced by almost 350 examples in the thread I linked you to.
Just follow the advice as given and use the template defence and follow the 12 step checklist in the defence template thread. DCB Legal will discontinue. They are hoping you are low-hanging fruit on the gullible tree and will be scared into paying into their scam.
You cam here for advice and you are questioning it. We know how this scam works and how to get out of it.3 -

Hi, Thank you for the advice, really appreciate it.
As mentioned before, I have no doubt the template defence is perfect and has helped many people in order to discontinue their claims.
I have gone through every case that was similar to mine and found the main differences are that they're either old PCNs which recently have been charged or have witnesses.
I don't have any witnesses to fill the WS nor evidence to back up my case. The only thing I can go with, is the double charging from the UKPC. Hence why I'm worried that it will go against me (my overstayed time was an hour - unintentional and I was alone, so no witness for me)
I don't have any intention to question the advice, I'm sincerely hoping that I will have a happy ending to this case like many others and join the discontinuation group but can't help with the fact that my case isn't as strong as it should be to win. This has stressed me a lot and not sure if I can keep up with it, it's a lot of money to pay (£450) for a parking ticket.

That's odd. I have a very good memory for detail, and almost no UKPC defended case we've helped with is about a very old PCN and almost nobody has a witness (and no-one supplies a second witness statement).
Did you click on the link above from @nopcns and look at the recent UKPC cases discontinued? I see none with witnesses.
Please tell us: are the dates in the POC the dates when you were there, OR the dates (later) of them posting the two PCNs?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi, Thank you for your help. appriciate it.
Got a quick question, I have received my DQ from court, going back to the 12 steps, can I email the DQ or do I have to send the original.- Except in cases where you have filed a counterclaim (which are allocated to your local court quicker and the CNBC is no longer involved) the completed DQ should be returned by email to the CCBC to this address: DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

You can either complete the one they sent in the post, scan it and attach to an e-mail to the address you've shown or download one and complete that and send it back by e-mail.3

Perfect, Thanks for the confirmation! Was confused as this was also the advice on the Newbies:
2 or 3 months after filing your defence:
The CNBC will send you a DQ N180 form, that must be completed & returned to the claimant and the court
