To summarise what the regulars are saying:

Park where/how you want in Scotland and feel free to disrespect peoples private property for now.
It must be the same disrespect that PPC land show to the landlords by driving customers away all for a quick buck or two

You know very well that is not what the regulars on here subscribe to at all!

That is not what we say.  You've been here long enough to know we call out real bad parking.

I bet PPC world can't wait for Scotland to finally rubber-stamp keeper liability, as promised by some idiots in suits who didn't research how damaging Schedule 4 has proven. Some operators (we assume) must be all over it like a rash already, contacting Scottish landowners telling them they have a parking problem.

Even building up to it by faking complaints to retail parks from 'Local Drivers' and 'a peeved Local Resident' telling them about non-existent "anti-social behaviour" and other imaginary issues (yep, that has been reported, as has the use of decoy vehicles staging a problem).

A whole unsuspecting new (and thus more gullible) population about to be subjected to the conduct that PPC World has got away with here for over a decade, and with the rogues able to quote statute laws now too. They will have a field day.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I wonder which 'County Court' in Scotland DCBL's client might apply to?

Hint - there are no such courts anywhere in Scotland.

To summarise what this parking industry representative is saying,

Feel free to follow the current laws of Scotland for now, but we are coming to get you when the law changes that allows for someone who was not even in the vehicle at the time of an alleged parking event to be held liable. It doesn't matter if you were on a ventilator in hospital, on a gap year in Australia, or in being shot at in an overseas aid convoy, we will get you when the law changes.

Excellent example of a post showing how not to understand advice.

    Must try harder.
