No one worth their salt would be working with the likes of The Sun and the other News International group of papers. Odious rags.
And won't use the £10 holidays they run.
I don't read the sun newspaper but when my children were smaller I always used the £10 holidays and thought they were very good, never had any issues. They help so many people that couldn't otherwise afford a holiday.

Just received mine. It's dated 19th March!

Another complaint I've got is that there is no named person taking responsibility for the letter. All it says is "Office Manager."
I personally would like a real named person taking responsibility for the letter

Please remember that there is approx 3.4Million people receiving PIP, so thats 3.4 Million letters to be sent each year when the rates change.  Regardless of the date, it has to be released into Royal Mail and then delivered by said Royal Mail.

Although its sent from the “office manager” is it most probably sent from a central location, and computer generated so your postie and you are probably the only people to have touched it.

Nit sure what you will base your complaint on…

Still haven't got mine but payment has arrived exactly as expected and takes into account last few days at increased rate. A blessed relief.
