I haven't had any uprating letters and I claim ESA, PIP and Carers allowance. My daughter had her PIP. There seems to be issues with sending them out this year because many others also haven't received it.

My wife received hers over a week ago. I haven't had mine. I'm due a payment next week so I'll wait till then and see what happens. If it comes through okay with a couple of days at the increased rate then all will be well and I don't need to bother about not having received notification. If not.......

Admittedly not PIP, but my wife had the notification letter about the increase in state pension at least 6 weeks ago, mine came yesterday.

The Sun is not, never has been and never will be a friend to anyone on benefits. Each to their own but I'd be wary of speaking to any Sun hack.

It's Laura Purkess, consumer rights and finance reporter, I have not seen a negative article regarding benefits from this reporter. Most are positive regarding refunds due to DWP errors etc.
The disgusting history of News International (The Sun, News of The World etc) attacking poor people and criminality would tell me Ms Purkess is a useful idiot. I hope she doesn't know it.

No one worth their salt would be working with the likes of The Sun and the other News International group of papers. Odious rags.

I'm a comper and still can't bring myself to enter scum competitions regardless of what the prize is. And won't use the £10 holidays they run.
