Octopus Flux Export tariff delays

Hi Everyone, Is anyone else having problems with Octopus taking an age confirming their Flux Export tariff is fully operational. Octopus have had all the necessary information, including an opening export meter reading but still they have yet to show any update on my online account. Since confirmation to switch tariff to Octopus Flux in October 2023, when the Import tariff was applied immediately, it has taken a further 5 months to confirm that the Export tariff became operational from February 2024, however, my online account still shows only Import information.

Are Octopus no longer able to switch tariffs in good time?

I got solar PV installed in mid-February, and flux export was showing in Octopus less than two weeks later. I don't think I've been billed (or the opposite) for any Export yet, but I'm expecting my next bill soon

My annoyance isn't so much the waiting list, but the fact that (a) they didn't tell me in advance and (b) they've done the half of the change that costs me money and told me to wait for the half that saves me money - grrrr! I'll update that post with any progress in getting it sorted. The financial benefits of Flux over Agile and 15p/kWh export were marginal and the main reason for changing were stability of pricing and ease of management, so if I'm going to have to wait round I'll change back to Agile.
