DIY AC battery storage

At the moment I have a Solar Edge 4Kw Solar system and I would like to add battery storage myself
I am a retired Electrical Engineer so know what I am doing
I have done quite a lot of research and like the sound of a Sunsynk AC coupled inverter with batteries 
I can do all the install myself but unsure about setting-up the inverter 
Price is not really an issue it is just a "project" I would like to do 
Any advice on how difficult it is to set up the parrimerters on the inverter would be greatly appreciated or should I leave it alone and call in the professionals

Presumably you mean kW rather than Kw. In fact with PV more likely kWp.

Sorry, I did not realise you have to proof check every letter you type on here and getting 2 letters the wrong way round was such a big deal

For anything DIY such as this search youtube.  Solar, Battery storage and inverters are popular with campervan and boat owners so look at those install videos too.

There are a few on here who don't add anything, most are helpful though.
