Cooling off period - is this mandatory?

Hi, if I sign up for a new broadband deal, are they obliged to provide a cooling off period? I found this by googling: "The Consumer Contracts Regulations require that a seller of goods and services to which the regulations apply must inform the purchaser of their cancellation right." None of the broadband deals I've seen mention a cooling off period, so I had to ask. Thanks for your time.

14 days and it should give you the relevant information in any welcome email. You probably have to return any equipment that’s been sent out such as the router. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
