Another day, another DCBL rubbish claim, Parking Eye must be very proud of them

    NO DETAILS
ADDING A FAKE £70 and as stupid as usual .... calling it damages
Totally against the Parking Eye v Beavis in the Supreme Court which ruled the parking charge was set to operate the scheme.   NO FAKE ADD-ONS

PARKING EYE SIGNMS ARE ALSO RUBBISH

And the lady who signed the claim AS TRUE ???   TRUE OR FALSE

So, DCBL have done it again,  before court what can they do ... nothing apart from sending you silly emails offering discounts WHICH YOU IGNORE

    ONLY two CHOICES for DCBL
1: Proceed to court and get a spanking where you can claim costs
    2: DISCONTINUE

Are PARKING EYE SO BLIND ??? and they will get more eggs on their faces
  • Hi, I've received a letter from dcbl today that their client would like to proceed with the claim.
They have said that the court will direct both parties to file directions questionnaires and have attached a copy.

    Please guide further.

You were expecting that weren't you?

Item 7 on that checklist you were following when you filed a Defence says...

Items 8, 9 and 10 on that list might be worth another read too.
  • Thank you for the quick response, is there any action I need to take now as this letter is from DCBL and not directly from the court.

    Thank you.

Yes. Read the final sentence from step 7 shown by @KeithP above.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Those steps are in the Template Defence thread.  Lots of posters forget that 'first 12 steps' guide as soon as they've emailed the defence.  I don't really know why.

Similarly, I don't know how to stop people posting about their DQ as well.  All is covered in detail in the NEWBIES thread.
