DCBL - Parking Ticket at David Lloyd Car Park

Hello again,
As you said they would, in reference to the above, DCB Legal cancelled the PCN and didn't take it to court.
I received a ticket from Leen Gate Convenience Car Park back in May. I actually am 100% sure I paid for my car parking ticket here as it's the car park local to QMC hospital car park and I wouldn't not pay, I just don't have proof of this. Anyway, I've been ignoring DCB letters and it's escalated into a Claims form summoning me to court.
I've followed the instructions above and have submitted my AOS. I know you can't say for sure, but as it's a single PCN, do you think they'll do what they did last time not take it further for a hearing?
If not, I don't really know where to start with my defence as I don't have the ticket still to prove I paid. Any help or guidance of where to start would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Post the issue date on the claim form below
Post the AOS date too
Name the parking company
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the bottom left of the claim form below, after hiding the VRM details first
Adapt the template defence by coupon mad, after reading a dozen recent DCB Legal cases first1 -
@Lubyloo123, your current predicament has nothing at all to do with the problems you had months ago at David Lloyd.
My suggestion is that you start an entirely new thread for this totally unrelated parking incident from a different parking company.
Continuing on this thread will only lead to confusion.2 -

ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
And before you leave this thread, please show us the Notice of Discontinuance so that your DCB Legal success with the David Lloyd case can be counted by @Umkomaas
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
