Wealthify £50 Cashback For Additional Junior ISA

I opened an ISA in March 2023 with Wealthify under the 'MSE £50 cashback' after a year offer.  At the time, Weathify offered me an additional Junior ISA my child and confirmed that this would also attract a separate additional £50 bonus. I have 2 emails confirming each account will receive the £50.
The £50 x 2 has not been paid so I contacted them and was told that only one account can have the £50 despite them offering the additional account and bonus and confirming by email that my child was entitled to it.
I can't find the original MSE offer as it has been updated. I'm sure there was a bit about a parent being able to get a double bonus for an adult and a child account. I wouldn't have bothered opening the child one unless I was sure that there would be an additional bonus.
Has anybody else experienced this?
