A win is a win. Which judge? Yes, you can name the judge in a public forum if the case was heard in open court, which is standard for a Small Claims Track hearing in the County Court. No need to overthink it—judgments in the Small Claims Track aren’t confidential unless specifically ordered to be.

Before: Deputy District Judge Plant - Courtroom 7 - 2nd Floor
Deputy District Judge Gill - Courtroom 8 - 2nd Floor
Deputy District Judge Bunting - Courtroom 6 - 2nd Floor
Deputy District Judge Cox - Courtroom 11 - 1st Floor
Big list in that court today always a very busy court3 -
I don't think Chan and Akande were included in the Defence, as this was drafted way back in October 2023.Ah, that was way back when the 'facts' used to be buried in paragraph 17 I think. If you didn't add any facts at all, then I kind of see her point but surely she should have looked at their POC and struck the claim out! I think she was harsh.
Not sure why your defence didn't have a compliant statement of truth because that's been standard for 3 years, but it doesn't matter:
YOU WON! Well done!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, makes me feel a bit better, but just wanted to give feedback so others don't get caught out with "little facts" within their defence if they were to come across a similar judge.
It was floor 2, the one at the back cant remember the room, was just glad to get it over and done with being the last person there.3 -

How do i enforce it without it costing me money given that I'm only awarded £103. I think a charging order is £90 and other applications are considerably more.
I just want to do it out of principle, given that they got a CCJ against me and demanded payment by email, yet sent correspondence to my old address. Luckily with the help of @cou@Coupon-mad I was able to get it set aside. Took 18 months all in all.1 -
I've got the order but the contents relate to a different claim, but the judgement is correct. What? They sent you the wrong Order?
That might mean there's no order been typed up for your case! Ring the court manager. Urgently.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
