Do you mean you sent your appeal before asking for our thoughts on the subject? That just defeats the object of asking us about our thoughts.
If you appealed before you started this thread, it would have been useful to know that beforehand, and useful to know what you had put in your appeal.

Sorry I was in a bit of a panic, and saw some other threads about what to do, and to copy and paste the newbies blue bit, so that was what I did, plus the extra bit above, and then sent in the appeal. It wasn't until afterwards I found another thread that was for bristol airport and similar to mine so I thought it would be good to post a thread of my own

Doesn't matter because the appeal is futile anyway.  These cases are won later, at court.

Agreed. There is no listening to reason from this PPC in my own experience. It seems that VCS are determined to go to court as much as possible. Come on Gove, stop these rogue companies from draining the court system of much needed capacity for more worthy cases.
