I appreciate there aren’t many options out there but struggling to find anything cheaper than Dodl at 0.15%, sound about right?

https://www.unitymutual.co.uk/savings-for-you/lifetime-isa/ is cheaper in that it doesn't have monthly fees, but that doesn't make it an appealing option!
Transact may also be cheaper above a certain value but is only available via advisers.
So Dodl is likely to be the cheapest DIY provider with a meaningful choice of investment options....1 -
AJ Bell's main platform becomes more interesting once you've built up a few years contributions if you are willing to restrict yourself to exchange traded investments.
