Car Purchase through Motorpoint - Who to contact?

Can anyone who knows or who has had an acknowledgment back from Motorpoint (and/or the finance company) for a car they bought through Motorpoint on PCP/HP, advise on who to contact, so far drawn a blank and really dont know where else to go.
