Hypothetical question (if you had the money) - If you opened a 1 year fixed rate isa in say July for the maximum amount what are your options when the new tax year starts in April the following year? As pointed out, there are ways of consolidating fixed isas with different maturity dates which I now understand.
Just thought it would have been an easier process than it maybe is (taking into account the limited funding transfer windows).
