Horizon Parking rejected appeal

The next step is not POPLA. You'll lose. This is the wrong way round.
It doesn't sound like Plan A has been exhausted and I'd be astonished if Tesco don't have legal title in the car park that an Extra and a petrol station sits on. Also, given Horizon is Tesco's usual PPC, even if they only lease the site, I'd be amazed if the manager can't cancel this PCN.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All, I recently received a similar PCN and would appreciate advice on how to appeal it for cancellation. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.0

Best tip is to read the NEWBIE sticky and follow the advice there. (BTW when you have read it, start your own thread)1

Can anyone help? I parked at a hotel next to my office and paid cash at the machine to do so (paid for 24 hours but only stayed 6). Received a notice saying I’d not paid. I have no evidence as the ticket I got was thrown away. I have appealed but this has been rejected saying there’s no evidence in the machine?! Am I right to just ignore now or will this affect my credit? Looking to move house in the next 12-18 months so can’t tolerate anything being recorded.0

Please start a new thread of your own, thank you1

So, my POPLA appeal was rejected and I was sent a debt recovery letter. Please advise.
I am no longer even in the UK so I can't go back and complain in the store and that also means if it goes to court then I won't be able to attend.
Please help...

Should I email Horizon and give them my new overseas address?
I don't want any issues in case I do return to the UK one day.0 -
Yes yes yes yes! And more yes!
You are untouchable. Attach proof such as a utility bill or proof of renting/owning property and/or living/working in that Country and tell them to ERASE THE UK ADDRESS and not to use it for court papers because your permanent domicile is {NEW ADDRESS & COUNTRY} which is now your only service address where you can be contacted.
Send it by email to their DPO and ask for a response to confirm they have updated your address data.
You will hear no more after that.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So I emailed Horizon updating them on my new overseas address and asking them to delete my old address and have the DPO confirm this change in writing and they kind of ignored me with their response. Please advise?
