Besides, there needs to be one before the property is marketed.Given their flaws, I wouldn’t let an EPC put me off, or persuade me to buy a particular property. However they do give an indication of how expensive it might be to heat & what cost effective improvements could be made.0 -

I would look at it, but after way I had one I really have zero trust in them. New build an A, 10 years later a c, asked why because no solar and no digital wifi stat. ...... Also windows as not replaced even as fine are older makes zero monkey sense. They claim newbuild score different type of test when builtDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Right just a update. A EPC had been done but doesn't show on the advert. EA is going to speak with the Tech people and get it sorted. That was middle of last week. So should be fixed. Soon.
