I requested my finance agreement from Motonovo, they have admitted a DCA was used on my agreement, I have just received my agreement started in 2010, but how do I understand the interest rates and what % was used for the DCA.

If the FCA rules in September that finance co's have to refund. Then there is standard 8% interest on refunds.
As to interest rates @ the time. Finance co's will have that info, of FCA will issue guidance on rates they have to work from.Life in the slow lane1 -
What APR does your agreement state?1

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

You just sit on your hands until September and see what the regulator decides should happen.1
