Novatech, Komplett (usually a little bit more) or Ebuyer the box shifters
No longer a user, goodbye folks. PLEASE delete my account. Thank you0 -
For Manchester try http://www.europacomputers.co.uk/ or http://www.spotonuk.com/home.asp and http://www.aria.co.uk/
Compare prices and, if you can, go and collect to save on postage.
If you drive https://www.scan.co.uk is not to far away.0 -
https://www.microdirect.co.uk is usually one of the best, or in the top few for prices. I'm always buying from them (2x pc's worth in the last month). Sometimes on certain components they may be a little dearer, but you still save as it's all in the same postage.
In fact anyone that says you're paying over the odds at these places, I'd like them to suggest somewhere cheaper as I can't find anywhere.
https://www.watford.co.uk are often very good for prices, but are, like microdirect, "box pushers" and I've had problems with them when things go wrong. Just make sure you get the order right and you'll be ok."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0 -
https://www.techfever.co.uk they are very good, competive and their customer service is excellent0

I have used Novatech and find them cheap and reliable with excellent customer service. RAM I buy EBay USA. You can try these too http://www.pless.co.uk Glasgow based and I have only used the shop.
I tend to have a section in my favourites where I add computer part outlets as I come accross them, then comparisons can be quick and easy.0 -
quite simply: https://www.ebuyer.co.uk
I use them all the time and find there service to be excellent and 90% of prices to be cheaper than most other online stores. You got to get through what you've got to go through to get what you want but you got to know what you want to get through what you got to go through.0 -

I've used microdirect many times, and found them pretty reasonable for prices. I would not have said that they were way over the top for pricing. How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?
