According to form TA10 internal door fittings are not included in the property sale. Does that means seller is allowed to remove whole door?

I would say they have fancy door knobs/handles and are planning on taking them. The estate agent should be able to establish whether they are planning on replacing them, perhaps with cheaper versions.2

I am trying to find someone who is in similar situation. What are the legal implications if vendor goes ahead with this? According to TA10 form seller has excluded door fittings. Is whole door considered door fittings or hinges and handles are fittings?0

Haven't you answered your own question? The seller has ticked that box on the TA10 because they are not including a sliding door.
But if the form is unclear, maybe the first step is to ask the buyer (maybe via the estate agent) what they meant when they ticked the box.
And assuming you agree with whatever the seller says, tell your solicitor the details, so that it can be clarified in the contract.
(Or if you don't agree, you'll have to negotiate.)

OP, they might be expensive doors or fittings that they have fitted in last couple of years, or they might be complete jokers. Your solicitor can query it - tell them what you want to do. Personally, I wouldn't pay for anything, as more often than not the seller is juts bluffing and hoping you'll cave before they do. My OH would have a fit if I told her we were taking doors or door fittings with us when we move.1
