My partner signed up for the reclaim tool a few months ago and just got a reminder email to sign up with 1 of 3 law firms? I just wanted to make sure this is correct as i thought it would be like the PPI where its just pings the email across and you do it your self. The fees for each of the law places are 33% + vat or 40% + Vat
Any advice on where i go next?

Any advice on where i go next?Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

Thanks both
I did ask her to check her emails and there is one reply from blackhorse saying we have a high volume of emails please wait like on some of the other threads. So i wonder if this is one she signed up to on her own as i sent her the link for the MSE one when it came out. Maybe just best to ignore them as she never signed the docs they sent over for itMortgage 165,065/183,000
