I don't think we've seen a Green Parking NtK. Could you post up both sides of it please, redacting your personal details, the VRM of your vehicle and any Green Parking reference numbers. Please leave all dates fully showing. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Here you go. What are your thoughts? Cheers0 -
That's PoFA compliant so they can hold the keeper liable. But that's no reason to pay anything. It's no big issue.Have you complained to the landowner and ask them to get this cancelled (Plan A)? Works quite often.
If no joy, appeal to Green Parking as per NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, (Plan

Likely to be rejected, so onto Plan C, and POPLA appeal - as per NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, third post. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Thank you, makes sense - a few more questions if I may.
1. When appealing to the land owner then I presume you are not in danger of giving anything away, ie I call as the keeper and politely ask for it to be rejected (or would you write?)
2. They are very clever aren't they, they know for £40 most people will just pay the fine!
Thanks again

1. Doesn't matter what capacity as the PPC can hold either the keeper or the driver liable. Just tell it as it is rather than couching in vague terms which might make the complaint have less weight. I'd do it in writing (email). Phone calls are not worth the paper on which they are written.2. It's not a 'fine'!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I can't find "Green Parking" on the ICO register.
(And in other news there's no company registration number on the NTK and I can't find one on their website-so, that two trading offences).2 -
No-one said to appeal to the landowner.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
