TalkTalk are NOT offering a social tariff any longer
I think that this is a mistake that will come back and bite them....
I thought that all ISPs had to offer cheaper rates but I am wrong

I thought that all ISPs had to offer cheaper rates but I am wrongFar as I'm aware TalkTalk have never had a social tariff.Their offering was a referral and if you didn't have internet in the first place, plus it was only free for six months anyway.0
