Template duff?

Car purchased June 2017, through FCA Automotive. I used the template with the email address already in situ (as FCA Automotive apparently taken over, perhaps more than once). This went to Stellantis who did reply promptly, and then followed up by saying they had no record of any finance with me. I have not moved address, still have the car, and same phone number and sent copies of the pre credit agreement. I did look up myself to find that Stellantis had, I believed, incorporated FCA Automotive into its companies prior to sending the email. I then went back to the template and this time the email address for FCA Automotive is CA Auto Finance! I've resent to them, again got a prompt holding reply saying they are looking into it etc.
Am I barking up the wrong tree? I don't think FCA Automotive exist in their original form any more and if this draws a blank any ideas would be welcome.

CA Auto is probably Credit Agricole. Prior to the Stellantis merger Fiat Chrysler were partnered with Credit Agricole as their Auto Finance provider.1

Hi, has anyone had any success with claiming from STELLANTIS ?There are no successes as the FCA has suspended complaints regarding DCA.
