Transferring out of NS&I

I recently started the process to transfer an NS&I Isa into Zopa, however after setting up a current account and then an ISA I discovered that transfers between the two aren’t possible.
NS&I are not on Zopa’s list and they will/can only transfer out of companies that are on the list . ( The list is not apparent before hand, as far as I can see )
Can anyone recommend a company where NS&I are definitely on their approved list please ?

It is only a small number of niche providers who cannot cope with legacy ISA transfer mechanisms, so you should be fine with an easy access ISA with any major bank. The easiest option is usually somewhere you already have an account. From there you should be able to get the money into Zopa.
