    Cheers Cowboy. :)

I heard the computer generated message reminding me about "you can only spend up to your credit limit in any one transaction despite positive balances" when I called them that time when I had a positive balance (I applied to change to the Airmiles Duo, so the balance from my old LTSB Credit Card was transferred to my new Airmiles Duo card - but since my old Direct Debit mandate has not been changed, it reached my old LTSB Credit Card and created a positive balance)

And I recall you mentioning you won't call them as their number is a 0870 and hence costs you money on your mobile. You don't have to call their 0870 number, instead call the +442074812570 number located at the back of your card. Yes that's a 0207 number in London, hence definitely included in your free minutes.
