If sellers don't reply to messages then just use the INR or SNAD system. It is normally possible to leave feedback then, but never mention any ebay case or make allegations as they are grounds for removal.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. This isn't something the sellers can do, and it's not affecting other buyers, so it can only be that eBay are automatically removing the negative feedback you leave. Presumably because you have attempted to leave a lot of negatives and have opened a lot of cases. If I remember rightly from your other thread they have already threatened to remove your ability to open cases, and potentially may close your eBay account, so I'm not sure why you are so keen to leave negative feedback in the first place. If you're having such a bad experience shopping on eBay all the time why do you keep going back?4

I have bought many used items on eBay, and a few unused from private sellers. About 1 in 10 is not as it should be, e.g. defective shoes or clothing, computer tablet described as working when it doesn't, counterfeit SD memory cards. I always message to ask politely for a refund.I'd say two thirds refund willingly, often without returning the item. If they repeatedly refuse, I give negative feedback. The purpose of feedback is to indicate how helpful and trustworthy a seller seems. If they refuse to to refund for a misdescribed or faulty item, buyers have an absolute right to know that the seller may rip them off. If they're too arrogant to put things right, and my feedback damages their rating because they don't value it, it's their choice. Some instances are genuine errors, some are misleading discriptions. When I raise a case I always win.1

I've found when I've left negative feedback if theres a case opened and I get a refund, the seller can just say the case and strike against them is punishment enough and the feedback can be removed if they ask ebay.
it's almost like if you want to warn others you have to not claim your money back, just leave negative feedback and get over it0
